What is Textshaper?
- Textshaper is devoted to manage the shape of the text of the web pages.
- It makes an automatic process for a group of web pages. CSS Styles that define the text appearance are grouped in an external CSS.
- Its user interface allows a lot of WYSIWYG operations concerning the control and the adjustment of the shape of the text.

What is the difference between demo and commercial version?
- Functionalities are 100% the same.
- Demo version is not time limited.
- However for demo version, text of HTML pages is partly changed, in order to make demo version unefficient
Is Textshaper available on CD, with paper documentation?
- No, everything is download only.
- It avoids invoicing expenses of sendings and preserves possible problems of routing
What are the languages Textshaper is available in?
- Today five languages are available for the exe file (english, french, german, spanish, italian).
- And two languages for the help files (english, french).
Is it possible to make disappear from the HTML processed files, Textshaper link with its thumbnail?
- Yes, in menu "Edit", check "Keep Textshaper link in HTML code".
What is Textshaper Software's policy about upgrades ?
- Minor versions upgrades are free (from X.0 to X.1)
- Major versions upgrades are not (from X to X+1)
Is there a money back guarantee?
- Textshaper Software complies with the French rules of remote sales which envisage to refund any private customer who makes the request during 7 days.
- For the sales concerning the companies, the French law does not envisage refunding.
- However, we must deduce from the refunded sum the amount of our bank charges (in particular for the operations abroad, the amount of the expenses depends on the country). And the customer must uninstall our product definitively.
I purchased a licence of Textshaper, which rights does this licence grant to me ?
- For one licence, you are allowed to activate and use the Software on one computer.
How is the activation deducted ?
- With the first launching of the software, a procedure of activation must be done for the machine on which it is installed. During this operation, which only takes a few seconds, you use the licence number that Textshaper Software provided you at the time of the purchase of the software.
- When the software is activated on a computer, it is possible to transfer the licence on another computer. You may activate and transfer your licence as many times as you wish.
Which are the precautions to be taken with the activation of the product ?
- Be careful, in order to avoid losing some activation right, don't forget to transfer the licence of the software you installed on your computer for the next cases: replacement of your computer by a new machine, changes on your machine, particulary if the hard disk is replaced, is formattedd ...
- To resume, to avoid losing your activation right, it's useless to uninstall software but it's essential to transfer the licence, when software is still installed.
